Past Life-Spirit World Soul Regressions take you through a past life and on to Spirit World, where you meet your Spirit Guide and learn for what reason you were shown that particular past life.
In these regressions, you receive answers to your deepest questions about your past lives and who you are as a soul and the journey you are on.
Some of the things that most often occur are: identifying your soul, (which can be life changing and massively eye opening), discovering your life purpose, and meeting with your Spirit Guide(s) & possibly your Council of Elders and Soul Family.

As a healer for over 40 years, I found that the depth offered by a soul regression offers a powerful healing experience. Soul regressions represent the jackpot of healing spiritual insight and awakening. These experiences give access to deep understanding and personal information that could never be explored except through a soul regression, since this level of depth rarely surfaces to a conscious level where you can become conscious of it. What happens during a Soul Regression?
Interview:
Before the interview, I ask you to send a list of 5-6 questions you may want to ask your guides.
The interview begins with reviewing questions sent to me that you wish to ask your guide. It also helps me to know a little about you and what you hope to receive from the regression and to answer any questions you may have about the regression process.
Induction:
Following the interview, we begin. The induction period is about 15 or so minutes, where you are taken through a relaxation technique. Scientists have found that as your brain slows down its rhythm to Theta brain waves, this is the ideal state to access your deeper, super-conscious information. Click here for more details.
Though your eyes are closed, while relaxing, you are neither unconscious nor asleep. At all times you are awake, alert, and conscious and able to answer my questions guiding you.
During the session, if you need to take a brief break, you can do it just by letting me know (breaks are generally for the rest room or a drink of water if your throat is dry. Cell phones are off since we want to maintain your slow brain wave state.)
Past Life:
The regression opens to a past life, one which is chosen by your guides and teachers, which they want you to see. You generally go from one scene to another, visiting the chosen past life, until you die in that life time, which takes less than a second. It’s more like a transition (which is a clue about our own dying process.)
Following the immediate transition, you cross over and find yourself in Spirit World where you slowly begin to acclimate to a new way of being and to the fact you didn’t actually die and to a new world which, gradually comes into focus.
We call in your Spirit Guide at this point. Sometimes my clients discover that their Higher Self is their Spirit Guide and they are working with a Collective. We explore many things including how the past life you were visiting relates to your present life. you were exploring relates to your present life
Spirit World:
In Spirit World you can gain a vast amount of profound information such as:
- Who you are as a soul
- Your life purpose
- What you do in Spirit World in-between your lives
- Identification of your Spirit Guide and/or your primary source for divine guidance (i.e. angelic realm, a spiritual teacher, an indistinct but trusted spiritual source, a Council, your Higher Self and a Collective).
- Identification of your primary soul mate and your secondary soul mate
- Discovery of your Soul Family, identifying people in your current life as those who repeat many lives together with you and who you relate to in Spirit World with your soul evolution.
- Identification of what kind of soul you are: Earth based, Interplanetary, or Angelic Realm.
- If you currently have a split or parallel life. And what these are about and where you are located elsewhere. (You would be surprised how often this comes up.
Most often you are taken to a Spirit Guide or Teacher where you confer about your past life (lives), receive eye-opening spiritual guidance, and love and support for your journey. While you are having divine guidance, you are able to interact, asking questions. This is astounding.
Your Spiritual Guide is divine, loving, wise, and vastly interested in offering you help. It always has your best interest in mind. This is usually the highlight. And it’s deeply meaningful since you discover you can have access at anytime you want in your life, again and again. This connection is forever. You are never alone.
Every Soul Regression is unique, unduplicatable, and often surprising. I’ve had over 80 Soul Regressions and have found that they address and profoundly answer the deeper questions of your life as an eternal soul and on your soul’s journey. It’s indescribable!
Often the guides start answering your questions without even being asked.
I find that if you are in an important or pivotal moment in your present life, they will make that the main focus, offering generous guidance and assistance.
Overall, people find enormous help from the guidance received during regression and this tends to be the main reason clients return for more regressions. There is much information to explore. It’s endless! All of the information is vastly empowering and intriguing – learning about your true self and the journey you have been on and continue in this life. Throughout the Soul Regression, I guide you, step by step, to bring forth the information you requested as well as exploring what comes up and to bring it forth. Lovely surprises are common in regressions as you learn about yourself. Most of us don’t realize the credit we deserve.
I take notes so I can help you to put it together at the end. It helps to have feedback from an informed listener experienced as a soul guide.)
Because of the depth of a Soul Regression, you will want to take quiet time afterwards to reflect on your experience. There’s often a wow-factor to the Soul Regression experience and generally, there’s a lot of meaningful and life shifting information to process. There are often wonderful and unimaginable surprises that you discover!
Exit Interview:
At the end of the session, there is an exit interview where you share what you thought about your experience and begin integrating it. I also share my insights and intuition during this period to help you see your life in a higher context. It’s amazing!
What can you expect once the session is over?
I send you the mp3 audio of your regression to help you further integrate your experience. Even though you may be mostly integrated (or think you are), it deepens the experience to hear it again – and again. (I transcribe my own regressions in order to read them over and over. This helps the experience to be deepened and more fully realized).
I have been a spiritual healer for over 40 years and use spiritual skills and intuitive insights throughout the regression – and at the end, I help to bring forth some of the highlights to assist your integration of the extraordinary experience.
For some people, the regression is simple and clear. For others, there are many complexities that arise and it’s valuable to have help to clarify these points and help you bring them to light.
One of the ways that I have offered healing to my clients has been through compassionate listening without judgment while holding sacred space for spiritual healing and awakening to come into view. Throughout the regression, I’m in contact with my angels and guides to help you. These are my greatest qualities as an intuitive healer and soul guide.
After your regression, I offer to answer any lingering questions you may have by a phone call with me (15-20 min.) following the few days after your regression while it’s still prominent in my mind, should you wish to discuss your experience.

What if I can’t be regressed?
Most people can be regressed in spite of doubts and nervousness. When you realize, it’s just relaxation, it’s do-able. Often, when you’re having a Soul Regression for the first time, you may have an inner critic that tells you, “This life couldn’t possibly have any value for me to know about today.” Or, “Am I just making all this up?”
However, I can tell you that, as your regression progresses to the end, you will see that it is highly unlikely that you made it up since there are things that you will describe or emotions that come forth unexpectedly which have significant meaning to your life today.
To me, the experience is miraculous. And the guides are 100% in charge of your experience. Since they want you to get the experience and their message, they’re on board from the time we begin this work together. And I believe they’re on board from the time you make the call to schedule the past life session.

What length, generally, is the session?
Generally, a Past Life-Spirit World Soul Regression is about 2.5 to 3 hours.
Is one session enough? Do people ever do multiple sessions?
I myself have had many regressions – over 70. When my husband saw I was passionate about soul regressions, he went through the certification training with me so that we could offer each other regressions often. And we do!
The benefits are endless. We continue to visit Spirit World in order to gain priceless information and clarity from our guides.
